Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Locs The Real Way online booking website and services (the "Service") operated by Locs The Real Way ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Online Booking and Appointments
1.1 Service Description
Locs The Real Way provides a platform for users to book appointments for loctician services ("Services") at our physical location(s).
1.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate booking information, including your name, contact information (phone number and email address), and details about the desired service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your appointment if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
1.3 Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the booking platform are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you agree to pay for the Service. Payment terms, including requirements for deposits, full payment, and accepted payment methods, will be clearly stated during the booking process and are incorporated into these Terms.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel an appointment with less than [Insert Number] hours' notice, your deposit may be forfeited, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
2.2 Rescheduling by Client
You may reschedule an appointment, subject to the same time constraints as cancellations (Section 2.1). Excessive rescheduling may result in the suspension of your online booking privileges.
2.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show"), you will be charged a No-Show fee of 100% of the service cost or your deposit will be forfeited. Future booking privileges may be revoked.
2.4 Cancellation by Locs The Real Way
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide adequate notice and will offer you a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to reschedule.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.2 Termination of Account
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel bookings in our sole discretion, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 3 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
